Cleaning House.....

It's time to clean house.   However, this house is you.....

A house is a dwelling place.   Your house is the dwelling place of God.    For we are the temple of the Most High God.   So the question today is what is furnishing your temple?   What is taking up space?

Is your temple full of God's word?   Or is there junk in your temple?   Things you don't need.   What is stored in the garage of your mind?    Are there weeds surrounding the entrance to your heart?  Making it difficult for God's word to enter in.

It's time to pull up the weeds and to clean out the storage.    God desires to dwell not only with you but in you.   The questions is....  are you willing to open up the doors of your heart and let Him in?   To allow Him to stay indefinitely.

We tend to invite God in ..... yet we are quick to try to put Him out.   We have to understand that as long as God is present in us.....we will have light.   One of the most important things in a house is "light".   With light comes the ability to see.

Understand the furnishings that God brings with Him.   He brings joy, peace, love, revelation, illumination, and insight.    When "we" furnish our house....we furnish it with broken pieces.    There are no broken pieces in God.   Everything is made new in Him.

So take time today to clean out the storage of your heart.   To throw out your way of thinking and your way of doing things.    Let go of the old things that you have stored up and prepare for the new things that God has specially designed for you.

Clean your house today.....for God wants to dwell with you permanently.    He wants you to get rid of the old....so that He can give you the new.......

Are you ready?  One thing to remember.....there are no maids in the kingdom......no one can clean "your" house for you.
