Someone Is At A Crossroad In Life....How Will They Feel After Encountering You Today?

I can remember going to church one day years ago and after the praise and worship....after the message....after the prayer.....after everything was said and done......the people that were sitting next to me said.....

".....all I want to know is ..... where is the Love?"

Isn't it sad that we can do all the right "stuff".   Yet still not reflect "who" and "what" God really is.    What does that tell you?   God is love and love cannot not be imitated or acted out.    Love is real.    It is a true reflection of who God is and it has to come through you from within.  

How many people do you encounter in a day and after they have been in your presence they still walk away feeling empty and void.   When something is void....it is ineffective and useless.  It is empty and uninhabited.    How is it that you can be full of God.....His love and His word.   Yet you walk away from people every day leaving them empty, lost, and lonely.    Leaving them without hope when hope dwells on the inside of you?

Do you really believe that the love that God gave you is just for you?  

We have to move from being selfish to becoming selfless.   Less of self and more of who God is.   We have to understand the importance of "Jabez Encounters".   The people that you meet along the way of life.   Why God chose you to come across their path.   We tend to always say that God brought someone across our paths.....but you have to understand that He is also taking you across someone else's path.   

Understand that there is something in you that someone else needs.    There is a place in people all around you that is considered a crossroad.   A place of determining factors.   Factors that will determine where they will go from this point on.   What you contribute at these points in their life will be what helps them to get to their final destination.    What you say and how you love will be what shows them who God is and the love He has for them. 

How many times do we get monetary or material things and we say and thank God for His love towards us.   How much more .... when God sends His servant to speak directly to us?   Understand that you are His servant today.   You are sent to pour out His love to someone who is at a crossroad in life.   Understand that your words can heal a nation if they reflect who God is.   Understand that your prayers can wipe away tears .... if they flow from the Heart of God.   Understand that your praise can bring joy and laughter .... if its rooted and grounded in God.   

You are a tool.   Created and hand made by God.   Don't render yourself useless.   Let people you encounter today walk away feeling and knowing the love of God that is reflected through you.     Don't be one who looks, who sees, and then walks away.   Be a hand of help.    Help someone get up today.....to walk today....to see today.....to feel the love of God today.   

Remember it has never been about you.   It ALWAYS points back to God.
