Today is a day to meditate. Meditate on who He is. Meditate on what He has done. Meditate on His love, His grace, and His mercy for you. Let your light be seen. Let your life be an open book. Let someone else know that the power that works in you is real. Let someone else see His glory upon your life. Magnify Him in all that you "say" and "do". Don't just say you are His child and live any way you want to. When you say you are His child .... let your words and your actions be a reflection of what you are saying. When you open your mouth .... let your words be words of edification and illumination. Let them be words of encouragement and not discouragement. So often our words not only discourage others .... but we tend to discourage ourselves. The Bible says to encourage yourself. When we say things that are against who we are .... we are tearing down God's kingdom that is within us. Let your life and your light all line up. Let it magnify and let it glorify your God, your Savior, and your King.
Take time today to read His word.....to confess His word......and to believe His word. If you don't believe it for yourself, how can you expect those around you to believe?
Lynn, this is such a true and powerful message. GOD is an Awesome GOD...so Loving and Faithful. HE will do what HE said HE would do. We just have to stand and have patience. HE wants us to trust HIM Completely. I am not Ms. Super Christian and saying that it is always easy "because it is not." I have just learned to depend on HIM and sit back and see what happens. I can't imagine what my life would be without HIM. I am so thankful that HE chose me. I want to live my life so that HE gets all the Praise, Honor and Glory. Happy Easter!!!
