Are You Accelerating or Braking When It Comes To The Things Of God?

Are you maintaining your momentum in God?   The word momentum means the speed or force of your forward movement.   Are you staying consistent?   Or are you allowing the force of your trials to cause you to move backwards instead of forward “with” God?    Understand the word moments means FORWARD MOVEMENT and the opposite of momentum is “brake”.   A brake is something that slows or hinders a process.    When driving a car … if you want to stop your forward movement you step on the brake.   Are you doing that in life?   Do you keep braking and wonder why you are not moving forward?

It’s time to move forward with God.   It’s time to stop looking through the rear view mirror of life.   It’s time to stop braking based on distractions.  It’s time to walk it out and live it out in God.   It’s time to accelerate and increase the momentum by which we move forward in the things of God.
