Are You Looking To Be Blessed So That People Can See What God Has Done For You ... or So They Can See "The God" Who Did It For You?

Are you wanting what God wants?   Are you desiring what God desires?   How often do we get tired and stressed based on our desire not coming to pass?    We have to begin to look at our lives and make sure what we are desiring is what God desires for us.    We have to make sure we our desire is word based and not flesh based.   How will God be uplifted and edified by these things coming to pass in our lives.    How will He be seen in it and will it be to His glory or is it something that is meant to satisfy your flesh.    

We have to understand that the blessings of God are not meant to satisfy our flesh.   Although in some situations they do.   They are meant to glorify who God is in our life.   They are symbols of His goodness, His grace, His love, and His mercy.    They are meant to be there so people can look and see God ... not you.   Not what you have or what you can do but what God has and what He will do.    Make sure your desires are in line with His word.   The end result of each and every blessing in your life should be to redirect the attention of others to who God is and not what you have.
