Are You Saying What You Believe and Believing What You Say? Are You Rooted and Grounded In Faith?

Where are you in your walk with God?   Are you at a place where you trust Him completely or are you still fluctuating in your faith?    God wants you to believe in Him and to trust Him completely.   He wants you to know that you know that He is God and He wants you to know that He is watching over His Word to perform it in your life.    He wants you to know how to stand still and know that He is God and He wants you to be rooted in Him and His Word so that when the winds of life blow your way, you won't be moved.

Where are your roots and how deep do they go?   Do they go deep enough?   When I say deep enough, I am asking if they go so far down to the point  that no matter how much the enemy tries to dig into you or should I say press into you, you are still standing on faith.   You have to be rooted and grounded in faith.   You have to say what you believe and you have to believe what you say.

Every day you should be growing with God.   Every day you should learn more of Him and trust Him more.    Yes, every day you may experience a different challenge but understand as God brings you through each day, you get to experience His love, His mercy, His grace, and His faithfulness.   So don't let the things in life that come to block your faith hinder you from trusting and believing that God is God all by Himself and He is well able to take care of You.    Be rooted and grounded in God's Word.   Know that He loves you and He is never going to leave nor forsake You.   Know that He is faithful and His promises are true.

Are You Going To God, Asking Of God, and Obeying God?

Are you going to God, asking of God, and obeying God?   A lot of times people go to God and they tell Him what they need but they don't choose to obey God.   We have to know that obedience is a key factor in receiving from God.    He wants us to honor Him by honoring His Word.    However, there are many that want God to overlook their disobedience and bless them in-spite of their sin.

One question we should ask ourselves is, should disobedience be rewarded?    If your child or children  deliberately disobeys the instructions you have given them, do you still reward them?    We should not be expecting God to reward our disobedience.    Keep in mind, there is a difference when you have knowledge and know what to do and yet choose not to do it.

God is a good God.   He is merciful, loving, kind, and forgiving but that does not mean we should take advantage of His mercy, love, kindness, and forgiveness.   It doesn't mean we should sin just because we know we are forgiven.   If God wanted us to live freely in sin, He would not have told us to sin not.   He would not have told us to be holy as He is holy.   He would not have told us to repent.

We have to learn how to live our lives according to God Word and know that His blessings are connected to our obedience.

Are You Leaning To Your Own Understanding or Allowing God To Direct Your Path?

Are you leaning to your own understanding or are you acknowledging God and allowing God to direct your path?   It's easy in life to go on what you know.   To flow in the ways that you have been and are comfortable with but UNDERSTAND, God wants us to walk by faith.   Faith is not based on what you know.   It is based on having your hope and trust in what God has said.   It's trusting in the promise of God's provision, healing, and grace.

God wants you to look not at what you see in the natural.   Instead He wants you to keep the eyes of your understanding stayed on Him.   Your eyes are the organs through which you see.   When you eye someone, you watch them closely and with interest.   God wants us to watch Him closely.   He wants to be the One who we are interested in.    He doesn't want us to be distracted and He doesn't want our vision to be skewed.   When something is skewed, it is twisted, turned, or suddenly changed.   He wants us to remain focused on Him no matter what is going on around us.

In the beginning of the year 2020, God said we have to have 20/20 vision in 20/20 and we can see why.   With the pandemic and so many other things going on in this world right now, we have to have faith.   We have to have our trust and our reliance in God.   The trials that we are going through in the world can easily distract us and cause us to walk in fear but God wants us to fear not.   He wants us to know that He is God and He is well able to deliver us.

Are You Full Of Joy or Are You Overloaded With Worry and Doubt?

The Bible says in God's presence is fullness of joy.   When something is full, it is at the point of overflowing.   It is at its capacity or should we say it has reached its limits.   God wants us to be so full of joy to the point that we can't hold anymore and it begins to overflow onto and into the lives of those around us.

Are you full today?   Are you full of joy or are you overloaded with worry and doubt?   What is it that you are allowing to overflow from your life onto the lives of those around you?  God wants you to be full of joy.   He wants His joy to be in you to the point that it pushes out and presses out all the worry, doubt, and fear.   We can be full of worry, we can be full of doubt, and we can be full of fear but God wants us to be full of joy.   We have to let the joy of the Lord counteract all of the other stuff that is trying to consume our hearts and our minds.

Joy signifies success and triumph.   You have to know that you are triumphant in God.   Your are victorious through Christ.   Not only is the fullness of joy in God's presence.   He has told us to rejoice in Him always.   When we rejoice in Him, we delight in Him and we are happy in Him.

So stay in God's presence and let not your heart be troubled.   Be full of joy knowing that you are triumphant in and with Him.

What's Inspiring You and Motivating You To Do What You Do In and With Your Life?

Have you learned how to depend upon God's Word?   Have you let yourself get to the place where your dependence is completely and totally upon God?   To depend means to rely on something and to be controlled by it.   It means that your movement is contingent upon it.  Are you at a place in your life where the things you do and the things you say are contingent upon what God has said in His Word?

It's time to live in and by faith.   It's time to take God at His Word.   It's time to move as God has told you to move and to say what God has told you to say.   It's time.   The set time is now.

How many times in your life have you moved based on the inspiration of another persons words?   How often have you let others motivate you based on what they have experienced in life?   It is not bad to be inspired and motivated by others as long as that person is inspiring and motivating you to do the right things.   BUT UNDERSTAND, God is the Author and Finisher of life.   We need to be inspired by Him and His Word.   We need to be motivated by Him and His Word.   We need to be influenced by Him and His Word.    We can't leave God out of the equation of life.

Let your dependence be in and on God.    Remember, He has a plan and He is faithful to complete the good work that He has began in you.    Take the time to assess the nature of everything that is motivating you and make sure it is in alignment with God and His Word before you move on it.   Always let God's Word be the final authority in your life.

Are You Focused In On Your Inability To Do What Needs To Be Done or God's Ability To Do What Needs To Be Done?

What are you doing when situations arise that challenge your faith?   Are you standing and holding on to the Word you know or are you giving up and accepting defeat?    God wants us to stand in faith.   He wants us to hold on to the promises He has given us in His Word.    We have to understand challenges will come but we are strong enough to take a stand in faith and it is our faith that will usher us into the promises and the provision of God.

When you stand in faith, you stand based on what God has said He will do.   You stand knowing that He is  all-knowing and all-powerful and it is up to Him to do what He has promised He will do.    So often in life we try to stand in our own strength.   We say we are in faith but in essence we are allowing our dependence to be on our own ability and not Gods.  We look at what we can do and we base our ability to succeed by conceding to our inabilities.   When you look at inabilities, you look at your lack of power, resources, and capacity.   You look at what you cannot do instead of taking a stand based on what God will do for you.    Our faith has to always be based on God's power, His resources, and His capacity and not our own.

We have to get to the point of basing our stand on what God can and will do for us.   We have to know that there is nothing to hard for God.   We have to trust and we have to believe that He will honor His Word in and through our lives.    We have to stand in the midst of challenges and remember we are champions in and with Him.

Are You Getting Caught Up In The Process or Are You Keeping Your Heart and Your Mind Stayed On The One Who Can Bring You Through The Process?

So often in life people get caught up in what they are going through and forget the fact that God wants their faith and trust to be in Him to bring them through it.    We have to remember that no matter what we are going through in life, God will watch over us, shield us, protect us, provide for us, heal us, and deliver us.   He is always watching over His Word to perform it in our lives.

Are you trusting God with your whole heart?   Are you expecting Him to move on your behalf?   Are you speaking faith filled words and are you expecting God to move on the words you have spoken in prayer?    Our faith must always be in what God can and will do and not in what we can do in and of ourselves.

So don't get caught up in the process.   Don't allow your eyes nor your mind to wander.   Instead let them be focused in on God.    When we start looking at what we are going through and thinking constantly about what we are going through instead of the One who can bring us through it, we get overwhelmed and we lose hope.   No matter what we are going through in life, it is God who can bring us through it.    So never forget your point of focus because it is where your strength will come from.  When you know that God is working on your behalf, you know that you are not alone an He can and will do great things.
