Are You Taking God At His Word, Trusting His Word, and Resting In His Word?

Are you ready?   Are you ready for a breakthrough?   Are you ready to be healed?   Are you ready for all of your needs to be met?   Are you ready?   If your answer is yes, the next questions still deal with you being ready.

Are you ready to walk according to God's Word?   Are you ready to trust God?   Are you ready to believe that what God has said is true?   Are you ready to listen to God?   Are you ready to obey God.

We have to learn what it truly means to be ready.  Being ready means you are prepared.   We have to understand that obeying God opens up the door for the breakthrough that you are ready for.    Trusting God solidifies your faith which is needed for God to heal you.    Believing God will do a thing says that your faith, hope, and trust are all in Him meeting your needs.

God is faithful and we just have to be ready.  When you are ready, you are all set and prepared.   The only way we can truly be ready is by building ourselves up with God's Word.   We have to take God at His Word, trust His Word, and rest in His Word.

Are You Basing Your Faith and How Strong You Think You Are On What You Can See? You Have To Remember, The Greater One Lives On The Inside Of You!

You don't know your strength.   The problem is, we focus on what we think we can handle and we forget about the fact that the Word says, "greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world".   We have to know the strength that resides on the inside of us.    When something is inside of something, you don't just see it.   It is hidden from the naked eye but yet it is still there.

In life we get so focused on "what we can do" that we fail to realize what God has done and what He has said that He will do.   We have to know that the GREATER one is on the inside of us.   We have to know that He is our Comforter and our Keeper.   He is our Strength, Peace, Healer, and Provider.   We have to know and trust in the fact that God has promised to take care of us.

It's time to stop having surface faith.  Where we say we have faith and yet we are riding on a wave of fear.    The Bible tells us to FEAR NOT and KNOW that God is with us.   It says to TRUST and to BELIEVE.    We have to know that we know that no matter how our situation appears to be on the outside, God is working on the inside and we are STRONG ENOUGH to overcome every test and trial that we encounter in life.

1 John 4:4

King James Version (KJV)

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

Are You Rhyming Together Words and Saying You Are In Faith or Are You Trusting God and His Word?

Where is your faith?   Faith is not about just putting together some words that sound good.   It's about believing and trusting in the Word of God.   It's about believing what God has said and trusting that He will do what He said.

In today's society, many people want to stream together words that sound good.   Sometimes the words don't even make sense but the "rhyme" of the words they have put together makes a good sound   We have to move past the place of just "saying something" that sounds good.   We have to understand and know that words carry within them power and that power can change things for the good or the bad.   So we need to start operating in wisdom as we use our words.

God has given us His Word to help facilitate our words.   When you facilitate something, you make something easier and less difficult to do.   God doesn't want it to be hard for us to speak faith.  Therefore, He has given us His faith filled Word and told us to remind Him of what He has already said.   So we must begin by believing in what God has said and we have to speak those words back to Him.   We have to remind Him that He said He would never leave us nor forsake us.   We have to remind Him that He said that He is our shield and our buckler.   We have to remind Him that He said that He knows what we have need of and that He is faithful and just to provide us with those things.

It's not that God doesn't know.   It's that He wants to know that we know what He said and not only that, it reiterates the fact that our hope, faith, and trust are all in Him.

SCRIPTURE MEDITATION

Proverbs 30:5

King James Version (KJV)

Every word of God is pure: He is a shield unto them that put their trust in Him.

What Do You Do When You Are Not Sure What To Do?

In the midst of all the trials that come with life, what do you do when you don’t know what to do?   Do you quit?   Do you give in?   Do you...
