We Have Discernment and God Provides Us With Divine Surveillance But What Is Crossing the Threshold of Your Heart?

The thing about a door is that anyone can come up to your door and knock on it. You get to choose whether you answer the door. The Bible says Jesus is knocking at the door of our hearts and we get to choose whether or not we will let Him in and allow Him to bring in His peace, His power, His strength, His knowledge, His understanding, and so much more. But understand, the devil is also knocking at the door of your heart. He wants to bring in evil, deceit, destruction, lies, confusion, and so much more. The question is, who and what are you letting in?

Nowadays most people have some kind of security camera up at their home. Think about a ring camera. Think about the purpose of the camera. The purpose of the camera is to act as surveillance over your home. It records everything going on even those things that people think are hidden or not seen. They can be seen on a ring camera. Now think about God. Think about the omnipresence of the Father. Think about how He knows and sees all things. His Word says that His eyes are everywhere and He sees the wicked and the good.

Understand, we have discernment and God provides us with divine surveillance. He is everywhere and He sees everything and He is shielding and protecting us at all times but we still get to choose who and what we allow to cross the threshold of our hearts. Are you letting God in or are you letting the devil in? You are the one who opens the door and allows whomever or whatever to enter in to your heart, mind, and life. Amen

SCRIPTURE MEDITATION
Revelation 3:20
King James Version
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear My voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me.
