Are You Allowing Your Past Experience Of God's Love and Divine Intervention To Solidify Your Faith, Hope, and Trust In Him

What do you do when things don't work out like you expected them to?   What do you do when people don't act the way you wanted them to?   Do you get mad?   Do you get offended?   Do you give up and quit?   Or do you hold on to what God said and move forward with God despite how things appear to be in the natural?

We have to realize and have faith in the fact that God is all-powerful and all-knowing.   He is faithful and He is just.   We have to remember, God can do any and all things.   He is not limited by our ability but we do limit Him by our faith and our belief.   Isn't it sad that we serve a limitless God and yet we limit Him by our trust and our belief.

God wants us to trust Him.   He wants us to believe that He can and will do what He said He would do.   He wants us to believe Him to the point of waiting.   When we believe God to the point of waiting on Him, it shows Him that our hope, faith, and trust are all in Him.   What we tend to do is get tired in the waiting and we try to figure things out and work things out on our own.   We have to come to the conclusion and settle it in our hearts and minds that we would be nothing and can do nothing without God.   We have to be comfortable in the waiting and the only way to be comfortable while we wait is to have knowledge of who God is and what God can and will do for His children.    Not only should we gain knowledge from God's Word, we should allow our past experiences of God's love and divine intervention in our lives solidify our faith, hope, and trust in Him.

SCRIPTURE MEDITATION

Psalm 27:14

King James Version (KJV)

14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.
