What is slowing you down? What is keeping you from going full speed ahead with God? You have to recognize the hindrances in your life. The word hindrance means a thing that causes resistance. That thing that causes or attempts to prevent you from flowing fully with God. For some people it is other people. For some people it is a job. For some it may be a habit. For others it may be pride. Whatever it is … it’s time to put it in its proper position in your life. Nothing should go before God. Nothing should outweigh your love for Him. If something is coming before God in your life … then you have allowed your love for that thing to outweigh your love for God. It’s time to get it all in order. To let God be first and remain first in your life.
