Are You Strengthening Yourself By Exercising In The Word Of God . . .
Exercise. It is time to stop being lazy and to begin to exercise. However, before we can exercise, we have to understand what exercise is. It is bodily or mental exertion, especially for the sake of training or improvement of health. So understand that exercise goes far beyond our physical body. We have to begin to exercise our mind in God's word. Remember, the definition says for the sake of training and the improvement of health. Health is the general condition of the body or mind.
It's time to make a plan and make exercising yourself in the word a priority. We have to be well trained in God's word in order to be strong enough when the attacks come against our life.
