We all experience battles in life but it is what we do in the midst of the battle that will determine our outcome. How are you handling the attacks that are coming up against you in life? Fear will come in the midst of the battle but the question is, how are you handling fear when it comes? Are you binding it up and casting it down or are you allowing the fear to fuel your emotions, your actions, and your reactions?
Are you seeking the Lord in the midst of the battle and declaring who He is? Even though you find yourself in a battle, do you realize that the battle is not yours because it belongs to the Lord? Are you trying hard to fight your enemies or are you taking a stance knowing that no fight is needed? In other words, are you standing still and waiting to see the deliverance of the Lord?
When you are in a battle, know that God hears your cry and believe that He will take care of you.
SCRIPTURE MEDITATION
2 Chronicles 20:15
And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's.
