What Do You Feel Is The Primary Thing In Your Walk With God? Do You Feel It's Your Faith Walk, Your Walk of Obedience, or Your Love Walk?

What is the primary thing in your walk with God?   Are you focused on how you are walking in faith?   Do you feel like it is your walk of obedience that is most important?   Do you feel like it is your love walk is what matters most?   You have to remember, God is LOVE and He wants us to be like who and what He is and He also wants us to walk in faith and obedience.

All three of these are hard to do.   Just think about it.   When you are doing your best to walk in faith, the enemy is constantly presenting you with situations in an effort to get you to walk in fear.   When you have chosen to be obedient, something always comes up to tempt you to get you to walk in disobedience and when you have chosen to walk in love, the test of your love walk will always come up because of something the person or people you are choosing to walk in love with has chosen to say or do that pierces your heart and challenges your thoughts.   But again, God has called us to walk in all three.  He wants us to walk in faith, He wants us to walk in obedience, and He wants us to walk in who and what He is and that is LOVE.

God has given us all the tools we need to walk in all three.   He has given each of us a mustard seed of faith and He has placed His Holy Spirit on the inside of us to strengthen us and to help us to walk in obedience and love.

Remember, God is love and the Bible talks about love never failing.   If we walk in LOVE (in who and what God is), it will help us as we choose to walk in faith and obedience because God is who and what God is.   He is faithful and He always honors His Word.

SCRIPTURE MEDITATION

Ephesians 5:1-2

Amplified Bible

Therefore become imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father]; and walk continually in love [that is, value one another—practice empathy and compassion, unselfishly seeking the best for others], just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and sacrifice to God [slain for you, so that it became] a sweet fragrance.
