Are You Allowing The Things You Encounter In Life to Encounter The Word Within You?

What is it that you are encountering?   What is it that you are meeting up with in life?   To encounter means to unexpectedly meet up with or face.    What is the unexpected thing that is happening in your life?   How are you handling it?   

Understand that life is full of encounters.   Some are encounters to challenge your faith and some are encounters to build your faith.   Some are God encounters and some are encounters that offer distractions and destruction.    How are you discerning the encounters in your life?   Are you weighing them by the revelation of God's word?  

No matter what is going on in your life, you should always look at it through the lens of God's word.   Everything and everyone brings something with it.   The question is .... how are we handling the encounter?   Are  you living your life in a way that God can send forth encounters where you will lead others closer to Him?   Or are you allowing your encounters to break your communion with God?    Whether it be a person, place, or thing ... always let your encounters lead you closer to Him.   Always let your stand and stance be on and in Him.     Life will sometimes bring the unexpected ... but the one who lives in you ..... is never surprised.    Trust Him and let "life" encounter the "word" in you.   Amen.
