Are You Holding People Captive Based On What You Think They Should Have Done? What If God Told Them To Do Another Assignment At That Moment?

Are you tired yet?   Are you tired of doing it your own way and not getting the results?   Are you willing to give it all over to God?   That includes releasing your hurt, pain, and anxiety over to Him.   It includes letting people go.   The people that hurt you.   The people that disappointed you.  The people that let you down.

So often we get caught up on "what they didn't do".    Where they didn't follow through or they didn't give you what you needed when you needed it.   How about when they didn't answer the phone or they failed to return your call.   Are you holding people captive based on their failure to meet "your" expectation?   What if they were following through on what God told them to do at that particular moment?   What if they really didn't have it to help you?   What if?    It's time to let go.   It's time to let God be your source of dependence.   When God is your source, you won't hold people captive when they don't meet your expectations.
