When People Let You Down, Are You Landing On The Word Of God?

Are you trusting?   Are you trusting God to do what He said He would do?   Are you trusting God to be who He said He would be?   Do you understand that there are things that only God can do for you?   We mess up and we think people fail us because they don't do what we expect.   But we have to get to the point of understanding ... some things only God can do?   Don't rely so much on flesh.   Our friends and our families are flesh.   They are subject to the flesh and the flesh does not always want to do what is right or what is best.    So total reliance cannot be placed in the flesh.   God is Spirit and God is truth.    We have to put our total trust and our total reliance in God.   

Yes, we want to trust people.   But don't be overwhelmed when they don't do what you want them or expect them to do.   Again they are subject to the flesh.   They have been given "free will".   Meaning it is totally up to them to choose to do what is right.   If for some reason someone happens to let you down.   Let them let you down on the word.   Let your landing place be God and His word.   When you do that ... when you land on the word ... you will not fall or fail.
