What’s dictating your direction? What is causing you to make the choices you
are making? Is it the Word of God or is
it the desires of your flesh? There
are many things we want to do in life, but are they the things that God would
have us to do? Are you choosing
relationships that are in line with God’s Word and His will? Are you reacting to life or responding to
life based on God’s Word? We need to
move out of reacting into a place where we are responding. Reactions are based on our emotions,
whereas, we respond based on knowledge and understanding. It is time that we move from living our
lives based on emotions to standing strong in faith, knowledge, and
understanding of what God has said He will do. It's time to worship God through our lives. That means to choose a lifestyle of worship where all of our choices in life are based on Him and His Word.
“Father help us today.
Help us to live our lives according to Your Word. Help us to know and understand that the
world will always try to evoke a reaction from us. Help us to stand strong and to respond to
life and the situations in our lives based on Your Word. Father we ask that You strengthen us where we
are weak. Father our hope, trust, and
belief are all in You to help us in every area of our lives in Jesus name. Amen”
