Where Are You Running and What Are You Seeking?

You keep running, but what direction are You running in?   Are you running back to your past or are you running into the arms of God?   You keep seeking, but what are you seeking?  Are you seeking a way to work out your own situation or are you seeking God and allowing Him to work it out?    We are all looking and seeking something.   The question is what is it?   Who is it?

God's Word says, if we seek Him, we shall find Him.    We are real good at saying where are You God?  We have to understand that His location has not changed.   He has been and always will be with us.    We have to learn how to take comfort and rest in His Word.    When His Word says that He is with us, we have to take comfort in that and trust that He is.   When His Word says that He is the Lord that heals.   We have to trust that and take comfort in that.    When His Word says that He knows what we need and that He is faithful and just to provide, we have to believe that He knows and that He will come through.   God and His Word are one.   We have to believe and trust that.

"Father we run to You.   No longer Father will be we try to work it out or figure it out on our own.   We come to You.  We believe You.  We trust You.  Father and we ask You that if there are areas in our lives where we fail to believe, we ask You to help our unbelief in Jesus name.   Amen"
