There are things that God will do ..... just so YOU will believe. How many things has God done for us .... yet we still have problems believing and trusting Him? We have a problem knowing that He is in total control and is working out everything for the good of those who love Him and that are called according to His purpose.
We see Him move. We see Him heal. We see Him set free and deliver. Yet we still doubt and walk in disbelief. God is saying know Him. Trust Him. Believe Him. Rely on Him.
It's time to let go of doubt and insecurity. It's time to know the safety and shelter of the Lord. It's time to move into the shelter of the Most High. In moving into His shelter......you move into His protection from all harm and danger. So when the storms come....you have no need to fear. God is bigger and greater than any storm. When you seek shelter....you seek a place of protection. You seek a place that can stand against the fierceness of everything that is going on around you. So in Him .... nothing can touch your life.
So take a "repose" today. Repose means freedom from worry....rest....tranquility.....calmness....peace of mind. Know that the Creator of the Universe.....The Great "I Am" is your shelter. Know that He honors His word and He has said that He will never leave you nor forsake you.
Know that His voice is heard throughout all creation and that everything thing in the universe is subject to the voice of His command. Know that He loves YOU and what He has promised......He will do. Allow Him to be your "all" today. Your shield, your buckler, your protection. your provision. Let Him be your healer, your guide, and your friend.
Stop looking around for people to take the place of God. We tend to seek people to comfort us, to provide for us, to protect us. Who can give you the best protection? God or man? Be sure that the things you seek.....the protection you seek.....the love you seek.......is not a replacement for the God you "have".
