What Is God's Reaction To Our Sin?

So what do you think God's reaction is to our sin?   How would you react if the people you loved the most continuously turned their backs on you?   If they continued to go against everything that you ask of them?   If they continually refuse to take your advice for things you know the answer to?   What would you do?   What would your reaction be?

Aren't you glad that you are not God?   Aren't you glad that the God you serve is full of grace and mercy.   That His love is unending and never changing.   That He forgives and doesn't remind you constantly of the areas you fail in.   Aren't you glad that He doesn't condemn you for your mistakes.   He continuously opens up His arms and receives you for who you are.   Aren't you glad that His love for you is unwavering and unshakable.....even if you don't deserve it.

God hates sin.   But aren't you glad that God loves you.   He loves you enough to give you another chance.   Another chance to make the right choice.   To make the right decisions.   To believe and trust His word.   The question is .... do you love Him enough to stop sinning?  

He has already laid down His life.....the question is do you love Him enough to lay down yours?   He has already made the ultimate sacrifice ....the question is what are you willing to sacrifice for Him?   God's love is limitless .... the question is are you putting a limit on how much you love God?  

At what point do you give God all of you?   Your mind, your will, your emotions......your life.     At what point do you say let the same mind be in me that was in Christ Jesus?   At what point do you say not my will but thy will be done?   At what point do you stop making decisions based on how you feel and make them based on God's word?  

When will God truly become Alpha and Omega in your life.   The beginning and the end of every decision  you make.    The one who unctions you to do a thing and the one who gives the final word on the things you do.  

As you go about your day....just remember.....God hates sin.   But God loves you.    Now you must decide how much do you love God.   Do you love Him enough not to bring "willful" sin into His presence?   In other words.....do you love Him enough not to continue to bring sin that you willingly commit into His Holy presence?
