It's not easy to always walk in truth. There is always something or someone that will come up against what you stand for and what you believe. There is always going to be "faith pressure". Those things that press against you....to try to move you....to try to cause you fall or eventually move you to a place of "faith failure".
You have to take a stance. A stance is not only a "stand". It is the position in which you stand. It is your standpoint.....
God is desiring to use you during this time in the earth. But are you prepared to be used? In order to be used by God....you have to be a reflection of who God is. You have to magnify Him. Not only magnify Him....you have to amplify Him.
Similitude.....meaning one who closely resembles another.....counterpart.
You cannot resemble God if you are consistently doing wrong. You cannot take a stance for God if you go against who He is. Your testimony is backed up by your actions.
If you say that you "love" God ..... yet your lifestyle is one in which you go against everything that God stands for. Then where is the truth in your testimony? When you love someone....you do what you can to please them. Love consists of honor and respect. Love says I don't ever want to hurt you .... because I cherish you. Cherish means to protect and care for. Those things in your life that you protect and care for.....are the things that you love.
If you love God....then your will do everything you can to protect and care for Him. To live your life in a way that is pleasing and consistent to His love for you.
Wrong is a choice. It's not always easy to choose right. But it is the choice that God requires. He has already told us what to choose......
Now....it's up to us .... to line up our lives to be consistent with what we say we believe .... to who we say we love. Is the love you say you have for God real? Or is it just idle words? Your actions will always tell the true story of what you say you believe.
