Where Is God Today? Are You Seeking Recognition or Do You Want The Affirmation of God?

So where is God today?  Is He in your walk?   In your talk?   In your words?   In your appearance?   In the way your project yourself?   Your attitude?   Your love?    Where is He?  

If God is in you.....are people seeing Him?   Or do you have on a mask trying to portray who He is?   Is it a masquerade?   A masquerade is a disguise or false outward show.    Is what you doing real?   Or are you putting on a show?   A performance.  

God is not looking for performances.   He is not looking for pretense or pretending.    Pretense is a false display of feelings, attitudes, and intentions.   What is your intent for God?   Your purpose....the thing that you are determined to do.   What is it?    

We have gotten so caught up in the creation and everything that has been created for us....that we forget the Creator.   We give recognition to men when they create or come up with a new idea.   But we fail to recognize God.    We fail to admire and admonish Him for what He has done and is doing in our lives.   We fail to give Him the glory that is due.   Yet we glorify man.     We recognize man.   We exalt man.   

Aren't you glad that God is not into recognition?   Recognition is based on opinion.   What someone believes to be true.   God is looking for affirmation.   A people that know Him and that are willing to testify of His goodness and His grace.   God affirms us and we should affirm Him.   Affirmation means to support based on knowledge and not opinion.   It means to uphold.    

God knows you.   He knows everything about you.....and He is upholding you.    He has created you and He dwells inside of you.   There can be no masquerade on the inside of you.   What God sees is who you really are.    There are no masks that can be worn internally.   So what is the use of trying to play charades?   The one who matters....the one who knows....sees from the inside out.    Charades is an outward display for those who can only give you recognition.   God is an inward reality of the one who affirms you.
