Getting Out The Trap Of Self and Moving Into A Place Of Safety and Comfort In Him.....

When will we get to the place of understanding that it has nothing to do with us?   It's all about God.   This life.   This walk.   This talk.   It is supposed to be about Him and for Him.   We get caught up.  We get caught up in our emotions.   We get caught up in  our hurts.   We get caught up in our disappointments.    It's time to get out of the trap that the enemy has set up for us.   The trap of self.  Self motivation.  Self accomplishment.   Self ambition.   It's time to move forward in God.    To move into the place that He created you to be.    That place is in Him.   In His safety and in His comfort.....not to mention in His care.

If you are still trying to protect yourself.....If you are still trying to comfort yourself......If you are still trying to take care of everything yourself.......you are not there yet.   You haven't arrived at the place you need to be in Him.   This place in Him encourages you to let go.   To let go of all things you are trying to do in self.    It encourages release so that you can receive.    It is a place of rest from all the responsibilities in life.   At this place in Him you can rest because you realize that God is responsible for your life.....if you let Him in.   If you hand over the reigns.  

Trust Him today.   Run to Him today.   Give it all over to Him today.  Praise Him today and let Him know that you have now arrived to the place where He wants you to be.   The place of trust and the place of rest in Him.
