There are many situations that come up against us in life but the question is, how are we responding to those situations? How are you responding to the test and the trial? How you face, see, and respond to the situations in your life will determine the outcome of your situation.
Sometimes we need help when it comes to handling situations in our lives. We have to remember that our help comes from the Lord. It may come in the form of actions from people but we have to always remember that a man's heart is in God's hand and God turns it whatever way He chooses. It's not man's will to always do what God wants him to do but God has the ability to touch a person's heart in a way where their hearts are in alignment with the His heart and they do what they can to help you.
We have to also remember that everything that looks like a blessing from others is not always a blessing. We have to be conscious of what we are receiving from others and we have to be aware of what demands others will try to place on our lives based on what we accept from them.
The Bible says the wealth of the wicked is laid up for the just. We just have to be sure that as we receive the wealth of the wicked, that we don't receive with their wealth, their attitudes and participate in their actions because at that point, we have not gained anything in life because at that point, we have become lost.

Proverbs 21:1
King James Version
The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.
