Are You Willing To Let Go Of The Old So That God Can Do His New Thing In and For You?

Today is a new day and God has filled this day with His mercy, His grace, His goodness, and His love.   What will you do with and in this new day that God has given you?   Will you trust Him in it?   Will you obey Him in it?   Will you honor His Word in it?   Will you give Him praise in this new day?

The thing about newness is the fact that it has never happened or been had before.   New means it has never existed and it has never been discovered.   Understand, there are things that God is bringing into existence for you to discover on today.    He is implementing His plan for your life today and He wants you to trust what He is doing and He wants you to honor Him and give Him praise as He does a new thing for you, in you, and through you.

In order for you to truly walk in the new thing that God is doing for you, you have to let go of the old things that have attached themselves to you.   You have to let go of the pain and receive God's healing.   You have to let go of the disappointment, so you can truly walk in faith.   You have to let go of the sin and receive God's strength so that you can walk righteously.   As you let go of the old, it opens doors for God to bless you with His new.

SCRIPTURE MEDITATION

Isaiah 43:18-19

King James Version

Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
