So often in life we look at what people are doing to us and we focus in on "what they did", "what they said", or on "what they are doing". Today I want you to remember that your battle is not with flesh and blood. The attack that you are under is spiritual and it is coming from the devil.
Just as God will use those who are willing and obedient to His Word, His Will and His Way, so will the devil. We choose who we show allegiance to. When you show allegiance to someone or something, you show loyalty and commitment to it. So, when someone is constantly uncompromisingly coming against you in life, they are showing that they are loyal and committed to the devil's unrighteous cause and agenda.
Remember, you are not wrestling with flesh and blood, so stop trying to fight others in the flesh. Know the importance of prayer. Know what it means to cast your cares on God. Know what it says in James 4:7, where it says to submit yourself to God and the devil will flee. When the devil truly recognizes that you know who you are and that you have taken God at His Word and truly yielded to let Him fight your battle, he will flee because he knows that there is nothing that he can do to win against God.
As you go about your day today, remember what is says in Romans 16:20, where it says that the God of peace shall soon bruise (or crush) satan under your feet. That says it all. God has already declared and decreed that satan is under your feet. Keep him there through prayer and keep your faith, hope, and trust in God.
