What is the condition of your heart? Is your heart filled with love and forgiveness or is it filled with evil intent and unforgiveness. God wants us to have a heart that forgives. There are many people along this journey called life that leave us feeling hurt and disappointed and there are probably people that we have encountered along the way that we have also left feeling hurt and disappointed. Life is not always easy and the choices we make in life sometimes have an affect on others. God wants us to be filled with who and what He is. He is love and He wants us to display His love in the earth.
So, take a moment to check the condition of your heart. Take a moment to see what actions and what emotions are flowing from the wellspring of your life. The Bible says that understanding is a wellspring of life to him that has it. God wants you to have understanding. Understanding comes from Him. A wellspring is a source of continual supply and that is what God is to us.
Don't allow what is not of God to get into your heart. Don't allow the wrong words to come from your mouth and don't allow bitterness, strife, and unforgiveness to flow from your life. Remember, you are God's vessel and He wants who and what He is to be what people see in you and feel flowing from you.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
