The Enemy Is After Your Faith.....

I was reading “The Necessity of Prayer” by E.M. Bounds this morning.

One of the things he was talking about in the beginning of the book was how Jesus prayed for Peter.   He told Peter that Satan desired to sift him as wheat but Jesus’ prayer was that Peter’s faith “fail not”.

We have to begin to understand that the enemy is after our faith.   He doesn’t want us to take a stand or to believe.   He wants us to experience “faith failure”.

My prayer for you today is that your “faith fail not”.   That you stand knowing that God sees all and knows all.   Knowing that He will never leave you nor forsake you.   That in Him is a place called “rest”.    He desires that you dwell there.   He desires that you locate that place in Him where you know that everything is going to be alright.   The place of trust.   The place of knowledge.   The knowledge that says that the Creator of the world “has your back”.   He sees all….He knows all….and He has already said that He will never leave you nor forsake you.

So again, my prayer for you is that you be strong in the knowledge of Him and that your faith does not fail.    That you stand and see the “Love of God” and experience the peace of God.   Knowing that "this too" will work out for your good.   You may not see the good in the situation.   But you must take every experience....every trial and use it to still the hand of the enemy in someone else's life.   THAT'S WHAT YOUR TESTIMONY IS FOR.   To help someone else.   Their trial may not be as intense as yours.   But their strength may not be as strong as yours.   It doesn't nullify that they need to hear from you.   How  you made it, how God brought you out, and how God has graced you and is continuing to grace you in situations in your life.

You have the ability and the strength within you to "turn the tables".   Did God not say that He would work EVERYTHING out for the good of them that love Him and are called according to His purpose?  You have been called and that means that God has already worked it out.

What Do You Do When You Are Not Sure What To Do?

In the midst of all the trials that come with life, what do you do when you don’t know what to do?   Do you quit?   Do you give in?   Do you...
