Challenging You To Take A New Approach In 2012 ..... Moving From The Place Of Just Wanting God To Move To The Place Of Expecting God To Intervene......

It's a "New Year" ..... It's a "New Day".   Today is a day of challenge......today I challenge you to take a new approach......instead of just wanting God to move in your life.....start expecting God to move based on your obedience to Him and His word.  Your expectancy says to God that you trust Him.   It says that you believe that He will do what He said He will do.   It says to Him that you believe that He will answer you.   Wanting something is not really faith.   Want is based on your desire or things you are wishing for.   Whereas expectancy is based on belief.   It says to God that you trust Him.   That you believe Him.   That you know that He will come through. 

Now that you have crossed the threshold, it's time to start expecting God to move in your life and the lives of those around you like never before.   It's time to believe God for His best.   To believe God for your healing.  To believe God for revelation, illumination, and insight.   It is time to go to the next level in your walk with Him.   The level that says I know you are there.....and I know you "will" take care of everything that concerns me.  

Make 2012 the year where you are moving from the place of want to the place of expecting Him to intervene on your behalf in every area of your life.    Learn how to reject any and all things that are not lining up with His word for your life.    If you are expecting a friend to come over for dinner and a stranger comes over instead.....do you just let them in..... in place of your friend.    No......   So why are you accepting the packages of lack, insufficiency, sickness, disease, hurt, pain, stress, and depression that are coming to your door unexpectedly .... when you are expecting God to move in your life.    Make it a point this year not to line up with deception......instead align your life with the truth of God's word and His promises to you.    In doing so ..... your expectancy will be in God and God alone.

Take a moment to declare and decree today that 2012 will be the year where you move from the place of just wanting God to move in your life to the place where you are expecting God to intervene in your life.
