Are You Looking To Take A Stroll or To Go On A Journey With God?

To walk with God.   To live for God.   What is it you want to do?   Do you want to walk with Him?   Do you want to live with Him?    Are you willing to walk out the journey or are you just looking to take a little stroll?    Journey is defined as going from one place to another.   It means to grow and to mature.   Whereas stroll means to move from place to place in an idle manner.   Idle means there is no basis to what you are doing.

So my question again is what do you want to do?   Do you want to stroll with God or go on a journey with Him?   Where do you want to end up after spending time with God?   Do you want to remain in His presence or are you just looking for momentary time with Him to get your wants and desires fulfilled?

God wants us to mature and to grow in Him.   To realize who He is and what He wants to do in our lives.   He wants us to see Him as He is and that requires that we spend time with Him.   It requires that we live in Him and do what He has called you to do.   It requires commitment and continuation.   Continuation means to be unceasing and to resume even after there has been an interruption.

God is calling for a continuation in your relationship with Him.   He is calling us to pick back up where we left off.   Pick back up in prayer.   Pick back up in praise.   Pick back up in worship.   Pick back up in reading  our word.   God wants us to resume what we were doing for, in, and through Him.

Are you willing to ride out the journey.....or are you going to jump off the boat at the first sign of turbulence.   You need to remember that your safety is in Him.
